Deer Valley Unified School District routinely reviews curriculum and resources for upcoming school years. This process is open to the public through committee recruitment, and public review of committee recommendations and selection of materials.
Deer Valley Educational Services will be adopting new resources for high school IB biology, chemistry, and physics courses & 8th grade science courses. The purpose of this committee is to evaluate and recommend resources that support teachers and students in their ability to meet or exceed grade-level proficiency standards set by the International Baccalaureate Program for biology, chemistry, and physics as well as the Arizona State Standards for 8th grade science.
The committee to review these materials has formed, no more member submissions are permitted.
The following dates are mandatory attendance for chosen committee members:
