I've been teaching at Boulder Creek High School since 2006. The classes I've taught here include Biology, Medical Science, Anatomy & Physiology, Honors Biology, Advanced Placement Biology and Environmental Science. I received my Master of the Arts in Science Teaching from NAU. The program at NAU taught me the elements of teaching science through inquiry. Not only has this spiced up my teaching, it has enticed the students to learn about science and learn about their own learning in my classroom. I also am an assistant coach for the Cross Country team and Science Department Coordinator. I thoroughly enjoy teaching science and hope to inspire others through the many opportunities here at Boulder Creek.
