Implementation and Evaluation of the Local Wellness Policy

  •
The USDA provides funding for the National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program and the After School Snack Program.  As part of the requirements to receive funding, each district is required to have a Local Wellness Policy and report on its implementation every three years. The following showcases the results of the assessment tool completed district-wide.  These annual reports are required by Arizona Department of Education (ADE) to assess each school's culture of well-being and will be used to compile a three year cyclical report.

Each Activity and Assessment Tool completed by the individual schools are posted under School Wellness Assessments.
