I was born in Santa Clara, California and moved to Seattle, Washington when I was 8. I moved to Phoenix in June 2015.

I went to the University of Washington where I earned my BS in Mathematics with a minor in Chemistry.

After graduating, I attended Seattle Pacific University where I earned my Masters in Teaching Math & Science. While earning my masters, I completed a full year of student teaching at Skyline High School in Sammamish, WA where I taught Algebra 1-2 and Pre-Calculus.

For three years, I worked at The Bear Creek School in Redmond, WA where I taught AP Statistics, Geometry, and Algebra 3-4. 

I have worked at Sandra Day O'Connor HS for the past nine years, teaching AP Statistics and Honors Geometry. I have also taught Algebra 3-4 Honors and Pre-Calculus Honors for the Deer Valley Online Learning Program (now Aspire). In addition, I teach Middle & High School Competitive Mathematics with the Johns Hopkins CTY program.
